Use the form below or write to [email protected]. We also accept notices in other common formats, including DMCA-style notices.
Every level page has an address like /level/12345 and links to the other levels that use the same song.
What a notice needs
- the work you say is infringed
- the address of each level that uses it
- your name, postal address and email address
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or act for them
- your signature
Do not send a notice you know is false. A false notice can have legal consequences.
What happens next
- We check the notice.
- If it is valid, we remove the song's audio from the levels it names and from other levels that use the same file. The levels stay up and play with the click track.
- We tell the uploaders what was claimed and by whom. Each gets a strike.
- An uploader can dispute the notice. Our staff decide whether to restore the song, and may ask you to respond.
- If you withdraw the notice, we restore the audio and clear the strikes.
- Strikes expire after 12 months. Three active strikes ban an account.
